The Black American Comptroller Employees Association, Inc. (BACE) membership voted and elected the 2026 BACE Board of Directors in December 2025. Deputy Comptroller, Lisa Craven – veteran of the Office of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, gave oath and installed the members of the 2026 BACE Board of Directors. The procession included opening and closing prayer by Leonard Pierce, hosting by Kevin Lyles, vocal renditions by Tracy Bailey, and visits from historical BACE Board members – hosted January 20, 2026 at 11:00AM at the Lyndon B. Johnson Building 111 E. 17th Street Room 114 Austin, TX 78701.
